It's almost blueberry & peach season again...can't wait. I was able to make this rustic peach & blueberry crostata last time. I got the recipe from Food 911's Tyler Florence. I must admit the result was very good & it was so easy to make, the crust turned out crispy & light, I guess it's easier to make than a regular pie. Will definitely make this again this year.
