summer antipasto


Instead of green salads, I sometimes like to put together an antipasto platter as shown above. The colorful mix of juicy yellow pear and grape tomatoes were so flavorful. Pop them in your mouth and get rewarded with a burst of fresh summer flavors.


There was nothing fancy with this antipasto platter, just a simple mix of bottled green olives, an assortment of thinly sliced deli meat, slices of swiss cheese and a refreshing mix of organic yellow pear and grape tomatoes. May be served with a basic Italian or balsamic vinaigrette.
