I couldn't resist taking a picture of our red bell pepper harvest this summer. They look so shiny almost like plastic. We love them in anything like roasted for panini sandwiches. A prime ingredient in caldereta & thai red curries. Red and green bell peppers I guess are staples in our fridge crisper. They're good frozen too & this tip was actually from my husband. Chop or slice them up, store in sealed containers, they're good to have ready to add to any favorite dish.
