It was exciting to see so many changes and new establishments in Manila after being away for four years. Discovering a new restaurant is something I always look forward to. For lunch, my cousin suggested People's Palace Thai restaurant after visiting Ayala Museum in Makati City. It was my first time to try a crispy catfish dish served with green mango salad, which has a very interesting combination of texture and flavors. We also had their pad thai, pandan chicken and spring rolls. Drinks were flavored with a refreshing mix of lemongrass and ginger.
